About Caroline

With a background in microbial and biochemical technology and a PhD in Microbiology, I have worked in the food industry since 1995. My development experience has been achieved via hands on kitchen work, creating concepts with brand owners, chefs and marketeers, through to process development and manufacturing. My technical background allows me to bring products to market safely but with an understanding of the manufacturing challenges.

I enjoy managing ideas from concept to launch and working across different disciplines. It’s great seeing products brought to market and I take pride in delivering an exceptional service for our Clients.

I have a passion for food and a personal interest in healthy eating. In particular I enjoy working with premium new food brands with passionate ideas and plans for the future.

My network of contacts in the UK food industry enable me to co-ordinate all elements of a project so you don’t have to! I also have experience within the export market and international supply chain.
